Collings D1 Custom Mahogany

New - Upgrades include: Adirondack braces & 1 ¾’’ nut width coupled with a very creamy Sitka Spruce top that contains beautiful “silking.” The tone is very “throaty & dry” along with great punch and balance. As you would expect the power is definite with warm low end, outstanding midrange and crystal clear highs. To our ear, this one seems to have an extra “edge” to the sound as in a little fatter tone, subjective of course but it will certainly grab your attention if you are searching for that special Mahogany Dread. Collings Baby 2HE

New - Beautiful upgrade medium grain Engelmann Spruce top, extremely nice wide grain Indian Rosewood back & sides with light and dark streaking and 1 ¾’’ nut width. These powerful “little guys” are known to have outrageous projection for their size and this one is no exception. This one has a great low end that is smooth and warm along with a midrange that leaps out at you as well as the high end that is clean and crisp without any harshness. By the way, it will eat a microphone up and is a pleasure to play. Priced with deluxe hard case.

Collings OM2HG Custom Deep Body

New - Without reservation in terms of power, tone and sustain this instrument is in the top tier of the OM series we’ve encountered. It is stronger than many Dreadnoughts and has a huge presence with every note crystal clear, smooth and deep. The upgrades include a beautiful German Spruce top with outstanding “Bearclaw” and “silking,” deep body option, plus a 1 ¾’’ nut width. The Indian Rosewood back & sides are unique in appearance with dark streaks and extremely nice lighter shading on the back along with very wide grain.
