2009 New Era Prairie State Style 4 Guitar

Excellent condition - Upgraded 18’’ body, beautiful flamed Cherry back & sides, insane wide grain Adirondack Spruce top with vintage Amber finish, bound body B/W/B/W/B purfling, bound Ebony fingerboard with large block Pearl inlay, Abalone position markers, large vintage style Tortes pickguard, star inlayed Ebony bridge, 1 ¾’’ nut width, three piece Mahogany neck with center Rosewood strip, Pearl & Vine headstock inlay, Waverly oval button tuners and 25.5 scale. Huge booming power with deep soft tone. For those that were unaware that Cherry is a serious “tone wood” on an acoustic guitar, here is a great example. Large low end response that can be felt to your toes, direct midrange that connects in an instant and high end that softly exposes itself in a firm way. Hats off to Tony Klassen for his wonderful recreations of the Larson’s originals as this specimen is outstanding. This instrument shows very little playing wear and a new one like this is considerably more money and the wait is substantial. Priced with vintage style case.
