Dear Dan and Jason, Thanks for a great day at Smoky Mountains Guitars. It is always a pleasure to visit with you at the shop. Your selection and knowledge of guitars, especially Collings, is unsurpassed. It’s great to visit a shop that has such a great selection of quality instruments and I’m grateful you just happened to have my dream guitar. A D1A Custom with all the features I desired. This is a tremendous guitar and I am proud to call it mine. You both made it a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Smoky Mountain Guitars to anyone. Thanks and look forward to seeing you soon.

Hi Dan and Jason,
Thanks for the beautiful, and great sounding D1SB. When you walk into a store with no intention of buying that day, and walk out with a brand new guitar, you know you're doing something right. Collings has the best looking Sunburst I've seen. Thanks for ordering those special Collings guitars with the extras.
Thanks, Tommy Nichols

Hi Dan, Hi Jason
I have been back home for nearly a month now and want to let you know how
well I like my Collings guitar purchased from you while at Steve's camp in
Maryville.
Initially my plan was to sell the other Collings guitar bought from you
last year. But I am having second thoughts. They both are great guitars!
Thank you for your friendly, first class assistance. It is a real pleasure
to do business with Smoky Mountain Guitars. Look forward to seeing you
again next June.

Dan, thanks a million for your support in the purchase of the brand
new Ellis . The mandolin is perfect. Just the right sound. The
appointments are flawless. Without your support the match would
never have been made and I greatly appreciate it. By the way, for
those doubters out there, here's something you should know....I took
the Ellis #105 out to my drive way to test Dan's claims of how
awesome this mandolin is. Big mistake! Two chops on the Ellis and
it flatted both tires on the driver's side of my truck. Take care
Dan, I'll be back soon.
